2010 Updates

Hours

Appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday evening, Thursday, and Saturday.

Fees

Beginning March 15, 2010 hourly fees are $80.

Insurance Billing

Fees are payable at the time of service, including clients who have insurance. (Clients may bill their own insurance plan by mailing the documentation provided after each appointment.)

No Show

Missed appointments will be billed at 100%.

Invoicing

All accounts that are overdue will accrue monthly fees of 1% of the total amount due.

New Clients

A deposit of 50% will be required for all initial appointments.
