ADVANCED STUDIO SESSIONS - F.A.S.T.E.R
Functional Alignment with Strength Training for Exceptional Results, FASTER, are sessions that focus on Assessment, Treatment, Strengthening, and add Education and Learning. Stand-alone strength training sessions deliver longer term change in chronic cases like frozen shoulder, neck ache, headache, back, hip or knee pain. These sessions identify clearly the body patterns that create imbalance and get to the source of problems.
