The program is designed to create a balance as a baseline. Then it works to improve your baseline into a simple regimen of exercise that only requires 20-40 minutes twice a week.

That's right, when you achieve your baseline balance, maintaining your state of fit and healthy does NOT require hours and hours in the gym.

Not only that, this is an individualized program that will keep you looking lean, feeling fabulous, and injury free.

The mind keeps track of where your body is in space, how much space it occupies, as well as how long it takes to move within that space.

SINGLE SESSIONS

Initial sessions include an assessment of exactly what needs to be rebalanced in your body in order to keep you fit, for life!

Subsequent sessions are 30 minutes of strengthening exercises which establishes your strongest foundation.

Even if you already have a trainer or a gym membership, that's OK. You'll want to have this essential information to make certain your body isn't reinforcing faulty patterns.

GROUP SESSIONS

If you've had your initial session and want to take advantage of a small, group setting (and the minimal fees that come with it), join our Group Sessions series.

Get the benefit of a commitment. Get the benefit of like-minded individuals. Get the support and encouragement from others like you.

Every Thursday from 6pm to 6:45pm, we'll work together to improve your form and get you fit faster in a fun and informal setting.
