Hours

Appointments are available Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Monday and Wednesday sessions may be booked by prearrangement only. Class schedules will be posted each quarter.

Fees

Beginning May 16, fees will be charged according to the new program schedule. Purchases and packages made prior to May 16 will be honored through their completion.

Insurance Billing

Fees are payable at the time of service, including clients who have insurance. Beginning May 16, BODYWISE will no longer bill insurance, however, clients may submit bills directly to their insurance company by mailing documentation BODYWISE can provide. Current insurance patients will continue to be treated until prescriptions have been filled.

No Show

Missed appointments without 24 hours prior notice will apply toward program packages as if the appointment had been kept.

Invoicing

All accounts that are overdue will accrue monthly fees of 1% of the total amount due.

New Clients

Health history forms, directions, and schedules will be sent one week before new programs begin.
